Kirsten, I would just like to thank you and 'You Can Move' for the last eight weeks of support, encouragement and mentoring a healthy me.

I have changed my whole attitude towards exercise. I used to dread the thought of hour long workouts and would struggle to find the time which then would add more pressure.

But now, after working wih you over the last 2 months, I now enjoy half hour workouts and feel fitter than I've ever been. And to top iit off I'm now also loving your 7 and 10 day challenges that keep me moving every other day for at least 15 minutes of enjoyable excercise.
